Deposit & Cancellation Policy

  • 50% Non Refundable Deposit secures booking, balance payable in cash on arrival or 7 working days prior to arrival via EFT or credit card using the secure payment system Paypal.
  • If full payment is paid upfront, 50% is refundable if cancellation made 7 working days prior to arrival.
  • No Refunds 7 working days prior to arrival.

Terms & Conditions

  • Early and Late arrivals and departures can be arranged should there be no other bookings for that day, otherwise Arrival Time is at 4 pm and Departure Time is at 10 am.
  • R300 Out of hours arrival fee - for arrivals after 7pm.
  • Cleaning Service can be arranged at an additional cost - from R200 per day. Please notify us if this service is required as there may not be last minute bookings available especially during peak season.
  • The owner of the apartment or their representative is to be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy.
  • The towels are provided for bath/shower use only. Please use own towels for the beach.
  • The inside furniture and furnishings are not to be used on the patio – please use the provided outdoor furniture.
  • Cape Town Sea Views Villa - Jacuzzi in Pool & Spa Bath may not be used for more than 20 minutes at a time, please allow to rest for 30 minutes and then you may continue with the use of the Jacuzzi, this is to ensure that the pump does not burn out.
  • Cape Town Sea Views Villa - No Eating, Drinking, Smoking, Diving or Jumping in the pool.
  • Cape Town Sea Views Villa - Sun Lounges & Chair Cushions for Patio – please tie to chair and sun lounges so wind does not blow them into the pool. Please put cushions for chairs/lounges in storage container on patio when raining or once finished with in the evening.
  • Please be considerate to the neighbours and keep noise level to a minimum after 11pm (no late night partying early hours of the morning).
  • PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE APARTMENT. You may do so on the patio or balcony with sliding doors closed. Please do not put out or leave cigarette butts in pool or flowerbeds.
  • No pets allowed
